Cloud & Mobile are the most fascinated market. It’s growing at a tremendous speed and accessible to everyone due to the consumerization of IT. The cloud seduces because you don’t need invest in a costly infrastructure and with the mobile technology, you can reach millions of prospects without having to take care about deployment or devices. But you will face a big dilemma, which platform should you chose? My four pieces of advices will be: .

· Don’t let numbers decide for you, profile your customer and select the best platform for your business solution. Teenage, life maximizers or B2B don’t use the same mobile and data plan.

· You are building a product, you probably will sell it. Use a backend that fits with your business model. Lot of model exist IAAS, PAAS SAAS and they are interoperable.

· I’m convincing you are able to create and build the best mobile application. But keep in your mind that 87% of the apps are used a small number of time and then forgotten. Add a new dimension to your product “Addiction” by involving your customer to be part of your success story or putting them in the center of your product.

· Decide to be the “One”. On the mobile market, they are a lot of candidates but very few chosen. Select the best partner able to support you and promote your solution.
