Entrepreneurs all over the world commonly agree on one fact: if they are not growing, they are shrinking. But this doesn’t mean that they must necessarily exhibit huge growth rates. At least, they must ensure appropriate growth to their market environment.
If the options for driving growth are numerous, assessing the company’s true readiness for growth and related challenges is a delicate exercise in a weak economic outlook. Today, entrepreneurs must carefully evaluate how ready their business is to not just fund the growth but also to face the costs, resources, skills, innovation, and new operating models required to sustain growth and profitability in the long run.
