With the recent Covid-19 sanitary crisis, many businesses had to implement homeworking overnight. That adaptation came along with a series of challenges, notably the struggle of having an optimal collaboration between all team members and/or departments. However, every difficult times opens the door to opportunities. At the MIC Brussels, we saw this as a way to help SME’s use Microsoft Teams, the perfect tool to fill the technological gap and help you collaborate!

Therefore, we came up with these small tips’n’tricks session for Teams! This tool, which is part of the Office 365 Suite, offers great features for remote work, such as:

  • Chat and phone calls
  • TV and video conferences
  • Virtual events or consultations with your colleagues and clients
  • Edition of a same document with several people at the same time
  • Using a digital whiteboard to display information quickly and clearly
